Wendy Buglio, CEO, CPO®

At the heart and helm of Renew Relocation is our founder, Wendy Buglio.

With her non-judgmental approach and calming energy (combined with a healthy dose of reality and a
sense of humor), she works with clients to make decisions and take action to
create seamless transitions and bring about desired change.  She’s most proud of the relationships she
builds with clients, colleagues, business partners and her team, and believes that
these relationships are at the core of her business success.

Wendy has 20 years of experience managing moves for clients, and has developed a strong network of trusted moving companies, stagers, realtors, and other related services.

Previously, Wendy spent ten years working in the fast-paced, deadline-driven
world of advertising and marketing, where she honed her time management, organization,
and leadership skills.

A lifelong learner, Wendy is dedicated to professional development for both herself and the Renew team. She holds several industry credentials, including Certified Professional Organizer (CPO®) from
the Board of Certification of Professional Organizers (through the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals), as well as SMM-C, Certified Senior Move Manager, issued by the National Association of Senior and Specialty Move Managers.  She’s an active member of both professional associations and has held multiple volunteer leadership roles.

Wendy lives in Arlington, MA with her husband Mike (bookstore owner) and their teen, a multimedia engineering student at Minuteman Regional Vocational High School.  In her free time, she loves to attend live music events, entertain and host gatherings, travel, and crush friends and family members at board games.
